With no real answers granted to them from Renthru, our heroes travel on well patrolled roads to Mulberry, the silk-capital of the world. It is there, they work past some guards and start to understand a bit of the mysterious Rowan’s way with words. Once inside, the team searches around for a tavern, only to ultimately be thrown out from their first tavern, Tianee’s Tears. It was at this time, Rowan had made a single gold, but convinced all their companions that they had only made a single silver instead.

Down on their luck, they went to another tavern run by an older gentleman. His responses were slow as he was preparing for retirement. However, after finally ordering some food, his son came out and promptly dressed down the adventurers for not paying. Broke, they ventured forth once more in search of a place they could sell some of their stolen religious wares.

A local blacksmith converted one of their mirrors into ten gold pieces and sent them back on their way to the nice lady at Tianee’s Tears. After an aggressive negotiation, Rowan successfully breaks through to the proprietor, Lensara. With a bit more information, our adventurers leave Mulberry a bit richer with their ears ringing.
